REQUEST FOR BASE EXPANSION NEW WINDSOR
The BAF is expanding in order to meet ongoing threats. This base expects to hosts many new vessels from our own fleet and vessels from our allies.
We therefore respectfully request that you allow us in association with our supply and logistic groups to expand the base New Windsor to level 5 in line with any directives you may impose on any such expansion.
